About Me/My Teaching Style
Yoga has been a part of my life since childhood, introduced to me by my mother through Hatha yoga. Over the years, my relationship with yoga has evolved, showing up in various forms at different times. Today, the yoga I practice and teach embraces a holistic approach, integrating physical postures, philosophy, meditation, and breathing techniques. I guide my students with knowledge, compassion, and inspiration, creating a supportive space for growth and transformation.
As a teacher, I am here for you. My private classes are tailored to meet your unique needs, offering a results-driven practice that aligns with your personal goals. Whether you seek gentle movement and breathwork, a focus on balance and core strength, or improved overall vitality, I aim to guide you on a physical and energetic journey of connection and transformation.
Yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, experience, or body type. With a regular practice, you can enjoy countless benefits, including improved sleep, reduced anxiety, enhanced concentration and confidence, better balance and mobility, increased muscle tone, and overall strength.
By integrating yoga into your lifestyle, you can unlock incredible benefits, enabling you to thrive and reach your goals. I am deeply passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga and would be honoured to assist you on your journey toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
I am currently dividing my time between Hampshire and the South of France and teaching in both locations.
My credentials include a level 3 qualification as a Yoga Teacher gained in the UK in 2023. The diploma is internationally recognised and is OFQAL and CIMSPA certified.
In 2024 I attended a Yoga Alliance accredited 300 hour Purna Yoga Teacher Training at Byron Yoga Centre, Australia.
I intend to continue my learning to include Mental Health and Trauma aware teaching.
