Purna Yoga: A Holistic Path to Healing and Transformation

“Purna Yoga is the art of loving by living from the heart.”

I draw on the wisdom of various yoga styles, integrating their strengths into a unified practice. Through Purna Yoga, I combine Iyengar’s precision, Ashtanga’s fluidity, and the compassion and mindfulness of Hatha and Yin yoga. This holistic approach embraces physical postures, philosophy, meditation, and breathwork to foster healing, fulfilment, and transformation.

My teaching focuses on creating ease in each pose and fostering a deep connection to the breath. Purna Yoga is more than a physical practice—it’s a way to integrate the principles of yoga into daily life, uniting body, mind, and spirit.
